The apartment is located in the western part of Šumava in the valley of Ůhlavský stream in the area Brčálník in the cadastre Hojsova Stráž. The apartment is part of the JASAN building, which is part of Šumavské Strání in Brčálník in the cadastre of Hojsova Stráž. This is a fully equipped (see below) non-smoking apartment 2 + kk with an area of 56 square meters with a separate bedroom, balcony overlooking the ridge of the Royal Forest and a fully equipped kitchenette. It includes a cellar where you can store bikes, prams or skis. 

The apartment has one parking space and a sauna is available in the BUK building.

Accomodation rules

  • Check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00 (otherwise by appointment), check-out until 10:00 
  •  Pets are allowed only by arrangement for a fee of 250, - / day 
  •  You can stay for a minimum of 2 nights 
  •  The stay is paid in cash upon arrival. Possibly. a 50% surcharge can be paid to the account so that it is credited before the start of the accommodation 
  •  Arrival or departure times other than those listed above must be arranged at least one day in advance 
  •  In the period from 22:00 to 6:00, please observe the rest of the night The whole building is non-smoking (including the balcony) 
  •  Only accommodated persons have access to the building 
  •  Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in the building and in front of it 
  •  Guests are kindly requested to close the windows, turn off the lights and turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the apartment 
  •  Bikes, skis and prams are stored in the cellar 
  •  Upon departure, please wash the dishes, empty the refrigerator and take the waste to the sorting containers in the cellar. When booking a stay, we charge a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price of the stay. Only after payment of the deposit is the stay reserved 
  • Upon arrival, please present a valid ID, or on additional payment for the stay.
